• What depression treatment is there?

I'm 17 years old and have been so depressed lately that I am failing many of my school classes. I have no motivation or interest in anything, not even going out with my friends. Can I be helped? What treatment is there for depression?

Yes, you can be helped. The aim is 100 percent remission of symptoms. You have described 2 symptoms of major depression, poor concentration, and anhedonia, or lack of interest in everyday activities.
You need to see a counselor who will assess the extent of your depressive symptoms through assessment.
Simple stress related depression due to overwhelming academic issues or social stress is treated by CBT, where a therapist points out faulty negative thinking when depressed, and establishes realistic thinking, these are called cognitive distortions.
Severe depression needs medication Management typically done by your PCP or a psychiatrist in combination with therapy.
The majority achieve remission.

There are multiple medications, therapy, and counseling. You need to seek help immediately before you get behind in school and drop out or even become suicidal.

There are many treatments available for people with similar symptoms. There are therapies, medications and others. However, you have to be seen by a professional and get an evaluation for depression and possible causes for it. You are 17 y.o. and legally you considered as a minor, unless you are officially emancipated, hence you have to talk to your legal guardians about it or school counselor, or any available adult who can be responsible.
