What do heart spasms feel like?
I'm 37 years old, male, with no previous heart issues, but my family has a history of heart disease (paternal side). Over the last year, I noticed that I have a spasming/convusling feeling in my chest, which hits every once in a while. Are these spasms dangerous?

It can be PAT or afib. It can be dangerous.
You should definitely see your doctor about this. This sounds like atrial fibrillation.
I would suggest that you see a doctor and make sure you have a heart check up to determine exactly what is going on. God bless.
