What does the hospital do when you have a stroke?
I am a 55 year old male. I want to know what does the hospital do when you have a stroke?

Hospitals will generally stabilize the patient as well as assure the cause was cleared if possible. They will then send the patient to an in patient rehab. My favorite is King David Center in Brooklyn. Their program is way above all others.
