I'm 34 and have colds frequently. My practitioner recommended taking vitamin C. I'd rather eat food that contains it than taking supplements. What foods contain vitamin C?
All citrus fruits
Frequent colds are caused by what and how you are eating. It's not as much about eating more vitamin C as it is about fixing your normal food intake.
Lemons, limes, oranges, kiwi, cantaloupe, mango, papaya, pineapple, and berries such blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.
