I am a 55 year old male. I want to know what happens if brain nerves are damaged?

Most damaged brain cells do not regenerate. In certain areas of the brain, there is some regeneration, but for most of the brain, cells do not regenerate.
If they are mildly damaged, they may recover. If they are severely damaged, they may not recover.
