I am a 29 year old male and I noticed a bump on my tongue. It doesn't hurt. What is the bump on my tongue?

All painless lumps should be evaluated, although there are some anatomic features of the tongue that could be construed as "bumps". Recommend you see your dentist.
It should be evaluated by your dentist. There are a lot of things it could be, especially if it didn't resolve within a week or two of you noticing it.
You must check with an Oral Maxillofacial surgeon to do a clinical exam and maybe an X-ray. Any lump in the oral cavity you must not take likely.
