What is the cause and remedy of the heat sensation?
I have a heat sensation within my testicle when I sit for a long time. After a semen analysis, I was diagnosed with low sperm count.

You may benefit from a testicular sonogram. It may demonstrate a varicocele.
It may be secondary to varicocele, especially if it affects the sperm count. You should be evaluated by a urologist.
If you are heavyset, then this would explain why you’re having discomfort in the testicle because you’re causing pressure with your weight. Also, if you have an adjusted yourself properly and sitting on the testicle awkwardly, it can do that as well. The low sperm count has nothing to do with the sensation you’re having.
