I think this is exciting. Well, first, jump and scream then look at yourself in the mirror and know how blessed you are!! :).
That said, go to your pharmacy and get OTC prenatal vitamins and Folic acid and begin taking those right away. Then, make an appointment and visit with your ob/gyn immediately. Depending on your history, he/she will make important recommendations to keep your pregnancy going.
