I am a 27 year old male and I will have elbow surgery. What should I wear after elbow surgery?

Loose fitting clothes that you can put on easily over a splint / dressing which you will have in place after surgery.
Ask your surgeon. Simple surgeries may not require brace.

In general, many arthroscopic procedures can be sling or splint for a short period of protection. Sometimes just an elbow sleeve when swelling resolves, and for more extensive surgery for fractures and reconstruction, an elbow brace.
