Hi, I would make an appointment to see your primary care doctor 1st to rule out any issues with your heart and lungs. If they rule out any issues there then they can have you see an orthopedist. Hope this helps! Can you clarify your symptoms better? pain with breathing? hanging bags? Or only pain with working out if so, which kind of exercises?.

Strongly recommended an X-ray and contact medical doctor before scheduling PT appointment.
