I am a 57 year old male with high blood pressure. What side do you lay on if your blood pressure is high?

There is no evidence that lying on one side or the other is better for hypertension. In pregnancy, obstetricians may provide recomendations on which side is better.

Does not matter which side

Probably flat. For accurate blood pressure the cuff should be at heart level. Can take it sitting if cuff at heart level.
