I had my wisdom teeth taken out last Monday and today my stitches fell out and my holes are healed up. What am I able to eat or drink?

Essentially a normal diet. Rinse after eating.
At this point after your surgery, there are no limitations with your diet. You can rinse your mouth after eating to clean the area.
Most foods are OK. But avoid hard and small items (like seeds) for the next month. The lower back sites are soft and hard foods could get stuck back there in the next 2-3 weeks.
