Kind of depends on what you’re looking for, but overall, MRI will typically give you much more information.

CT scan is good for skull fractures, acute bleeding, but overall, mri is a better modality to detect tumors, stroke, hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, infections, etc...

Depends on what you are looking for. Concern for brain bleed is better with CT. MRI is better for stroke.
