My 12-year-old son dislocated his arm while playing soccer and I want to bring him to a specialist. Which specialist do I see for my son's dislocated arm?

You should have your son seen by an orthopedic surgeon or a pediatric
orthopedic surgeon.

Either orthopedics or sports medicine (www.AMSSM.org). This needs proper imaging to ensure growth plates are not permanently damaged.
Orthopedics is my first choice. "Arm" is not specific enough. Shoulder or elbow most common. Has it been reduced to normal position? Then, depending on many factors, how long to immobilize vs motion vs time to begin any rehab?
He should see an orthopedic surgeon.
