I have a white coating on my tongue that doesn’t go away after cleaning. The upper part of my mouth is also turning white. Could this be an infection?
There is a possibility this represents an infection - such as thrush (aka candidiasis). The coating could also be related to your diet and the oral care products which you are using. Discuss this with your doctors/dentist.
See your ENT doctor you may need a biopsy of your mouth
Probable mouth breathing at sleep. Try brushing tongue with baking soda, use electric toothbrush.
