• Why does my back hurt?

I'm 18 years old, and I have back pain all the time. I know I'm too young to be dealing with this. What can be the cause? Should I visit a doctor?

Back pain in young individuals can have various causes, such as muscle strain, poor posture, or even stress. However, it's important not to ignore persistent back pain, regardless of age. I recommend visiting a doctor who can evaluate your symptoms, perform a physical examination, and provide appropriate guidance and treatment options.

A doctor is likely the first step and depending on your symptoms and how they present you may need imaging to rule out any internal issues. Additionally a script for physical therapy maybe all you need.
