My son is 6 years old. It seems that he is always congested. Why does my child always sound congested?

if he is truly always sounding congested, he should see his pediatrician to make sure there isn't a reason behind the congestion that could be treated - allergies - a sinus infection - anatomy issue??
Maybe allergies, URI, FB.
Could be year-round allergy or some structural problem in the nose or some rare problems. Check with your friendly pediatrician for further evaluation.
He probably has some allergies.
