You probably have a sensitive stomach, which we technically call visceral hypersensitivity. I consider it a neurological problem of the gut. This type of pain tends to be exacerbated by stress/anxiety/depression. Of course, other causes may be present such as a gastric ulcer, whose pain classically gets better with food. See a GI doc for evaluation, especially if this is a chronic problem.

Acid is being secreted. It's important to eat regularly and have healthy eating habits.

Eat on time and visit a specialist please. There are many different causes and you need to find out which one applies to your pain.
