Will allergy shots prevent an allergic reaction completely?

I am a 29-year-old male and I have a severe seasonal allergy. If I get allergy shots, will there prevent me from getting allergic reactions?

Allergen immunotherapy is a very effective long term approach to inhalant allergies. It does have some risk so I would advise you have a consultation with an allergist to determine if that is the right approach in your case.
