Will medication help lower anxiety?
I am a 38 year old male who has anxiety attacks at work often. I want to start trying medication for it. Will medication help lower anxiety?

To some extent, but I do not like to use a medication, try to divert the attention so that you need think about anxiety.
Fortunately, we do have number of good medications that help improve the symptoms of anxiety and relieve panic attacks. You will have to see your doctor and make an informed decision after weighing different options available.
