Will therapy help our broken marriage?
I caught my husband of 26 years having an affair with a younger woman and I can no longer look at him. I am so hurt and just feel anger all the time. However, I don't want to throw away a marriage that has been mostly happy. Will therapy help us through this?

Yes, therapy can help you through this. It's very difficult though, to rebuild that trust. If you're both committed to making it work, you can ultimately find forgiveness and move through it.
Therapy can help people work through infidelity if both partners are willing to do the work.
