    Best Doctor By Far!!. Dr. Rios and his staff are very friendly. I appreciate that he tries to make a difference and actually explains everything and provides written education on whatever topic is at hand. I was referred to Dr. Rios by my daughter who is a nurse at one of the local hospitals. I am very pleased with the care I have received and I am grateful that my daughter referred me to him.
