Practicing in Mount Vernon, New York, Dr. Buttari is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester and NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where he provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Dr. Buttari specializes in a wide array of medical areas, including cholesterol and triglyceride management, diabetes management, high blood pressure, geriatrics, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, women’s health, and preventive medicine. Dr. Buttari’s medical journey began in Italy, where he graduated with his Medical Degree from Facoltà Farmacia e Medicina, Sapienza Università di Roma in 1993. Following his education, he relocated to the United States, where he completed his internship at Overlook Medical Center from 1998 to 1999. Dr. Buttari further honed his skills during his residency in internal medicine at Mount Vernon Hospital from 1999 to 2001. His international training and extensive experience contribute to his ability to provide high-quality care to his patients. 

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Buttari remains committed to continuing education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in internal medicine. His dedication to patient well-being and preventive care has made him a trusted resource for individuals seeking to improve their health and manage chronic conditions effectively.
