Get to know Internist Dr. Ravi P. Gupta, who serves patients in Florida.

Board-certified internist Dr. Gupta is the Founder of Mid-Florida Primary Care, a specialized private internal medicine practice that offers a variety of health care services to patients at convenient locations in Leesburg and Summerfield, Florida. Prior to opening Mid-Florida Primary Care in 2002, Dr. Gupta worked in an urgent care clinic for 6 years. At present, he is affiliated with The Villages Regional Hospital and Leesburg Regional Medical Center.

During his academic career, he earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India in 1990. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois. 

As for the doctor’s achievements, he is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
