Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Jayci Knights, who serves patients in Camden, New Jersey.

Recognized as one of the top-ranked obstetrician-gynecologists in the United States, Dr. Knights is passionate and determined to provide exceptional patient care for women. She serves as the Chief Medical Officer & Clinical Director of OB/GYN at CAMcare Health Corporation in Camden, New Jersey.

There, she is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and setting strategy for the clinical and quality teams. A proven leader, Dr. Knights is adept at identifying challenges in the care of patients and moving the organization forward. She also provides gynecological services, including minimally invasive surgery, and has expertise in monitoring quality and performance metrics.

CAMcare Health Corporation is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) that has been a trusted name in providing top quality healthcare services to Camden and Gloucester Counties since 1978. It offers seven convenient locations to provide easier access to the care patients need. Alongside her clinical role, Dr. Knights serves as an Assistant Professor at Rowan University, teaching second year medical students since 2013.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a member of the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics, she is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The ABOG is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada. 

On the subject of her academic career, Dr. Knights obtained her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 1997. She then went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at MCP-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before embarking on her professional journey.  

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health. 

In addition to English, Dr. Knights speaks French (limited working proficiency).
