Well-trained and skilled in all aspects of ear, nose and throat medicine and surgery, Dr. Foon is a board-certified otolaryngologist whose special interests include pediatric otolaryngology, allergy, nasal/sinus surgery, and head and neck cancer surgery. He joined the staff of Eastern Oklahoma Ear, Nose & Throat, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma in August of 2018. 

Since 1975, Eastern Oklahoma Ear, Nose & Throat, Inc. has grown to be the largest ear, nose and throat clinic in Eastern Oklahoma. The physicians specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat diseases, both medical and surgical. In addition to extensive experience in the treatment of head and neck cancer, hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and cochlear implants, they provide complete care for ear, nose and throat allergy and sinus problems. 

In the early days of his academic career, Dr. Foon received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and went on to receive both his medical degree and a Master of Public Health degree from New York Medical College. Upon graduation, he completed his ear, nose, and throat specialty training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He trained at the John Sealy Hospital, Jennie Sealy Hospital, Texas Department of Corrections, St. Luke’s Hospital (Houston), and MD Anderson (Houston).  

Recognized as an expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification. What’s more, he is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergic, and the Oklahoma State Medical Association.
