Hi, how long it takes depends on you. You can fix your posture immediately if you really want to - consciously. • How do I regain the range of motion in my elbow?

Hi, There are many reasons why range of motion (ROM) might be limited in an elbow. Here are a couple of questions which need to be asked: What caused the decreased ROM in the first place? Was the elbow in a sling? How long and for what reason? Was there trauma to the elbow itself or was surgery performed? If surgery, what was done? If no surgery, did the problem come on relatively suddenly or over time. These questions would need to be answered before a solution can be recommended to increase the ROM in your elbow. Thanks for asking! Mark "Dr. Bles" READ MORE
