Born and raised in Houston, Dr. Glaich graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, graduating with honors. Thereafter, she went on to complete her internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, followed by her residency in dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Among her professional affiliations, she is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Houston Dermatologic Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society.
