Dr. Hasan is a triple board-certified interventional cardiologist with Duly Health and Care, operating out of the office in Elgin, Illinois. After attending the University of Illinois College of Medicine, he completed his internal medicine residency at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago. He then did his general cardiology training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his interventional cardiology training at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Holding fellowship status, Dr. Hasan is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).

Interventional cardiology is a branch of cardiology that deals specifically with the catheter based treatment of structural heart diseases. An interventional cardiologist is a cardiologist with one to two years of additional education and training in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease as well as congenital (present at birth) and structural heart conditions through catheter-based procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting.
