A reputable hand surgeon, Dr. McKee utilizes the latest treatment options to help each patient effectively treat and manage all orthopaedic conditions and injuries. She is in practice with the Orthopaedic Hand Center in Lubbock, Texas. It is a part of Texas Tech Physicians.

Texas Tech Physicians is the medical practice of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Back in 2001, she earned her medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency at Maricopa Medical Center, followed by her fellowship at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville. 

As a testament to her success, the doctor is board-certified in surgery and surgery of the hand by the American Board of Surgery, an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge. She is the recipient of Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2014, 2017, 2018) and Patients’ Choice Award (2017, 2018).

Hand surgery is surgery of the hand, the wrist, and the peripheral nerves of the upper limb. It also encompasses reconstructive surgery that improves upper limb function.
