Get to know Psychiatrist Dr. Kulwant K. Buttar, who serves patients in Buffalo, New York.

With over five decades of experience, Dr. Buttar is a board-certified psychiatrist who is affiliated with Buffalo Psychiatric Center.

The mission of Buffalo Psychiatric Center is to serve individuals with serious mental illness in a way that empowers them, and fosters hope and recovery. It operates in collaboration with the local mental health systems of Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus counties.

Educated in India, Dr. Buttar graduated with her medical degree from Government Medical College, Patiala in 1970.

Passionate about her profession, she is board-certified in psychiatry by the the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.

Practicing in New York, Dr. Buttar is affiliated with BryLin Hospital and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
