Get to know Dr. Hamrick, Radiologist with 20 years of experience who is now the Founder of K-MD Aesthetic Medicine, serving Telluride and the surrounding area since 2014.

Dr Kay Miller Hamrick made the leap from ‘Top Radiologist in America’ to ‘Top Aesthetic Medicine Doctor’ of 2019. Having trained in medical physics, radiology, and mammography, and holding certificates in vascular and interventional work, Dr. Hamrick combined these skills with her passion for innovation in medicine, to develop, own and operate her Aesthetic Medicine practice in Telluride, Colorado.

Dr. Hamrick is now one of the most sought physicians in Colorado. She is transforming her field by using the best possible products, equipment and advanced technology to produce what she refers to as a “natural, photo-shopped look.”

Using lasers, neuromodulators and fillers, she treats the effects of aging and diseases of the skin. Dr. Hamrick’s extensive education began at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, in Birmingham (UAB) where she earned her medical degree and graduated with top honors. It was there she also completed her internship in pathology; and residency and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology. She also was on faculty at the University of Alabama Medical School and at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston where she trained fellows and residents in their post-graduate studies as a practicing surgeon.
