You should stress the difficulty with breathing and if they see you promptly or refer you to where you could be seen npromptly that would be my first choice. Otherwise going to a hospital emergency room should occur promptly (If you’re insurance does not cover emergency room visit for this form of illness, they should due to your breathing problem) Go to the emergency room.
