Get to know Dr. Stephen Goldman, who is happy to share HemWell MD’s groundbreaking technology. 

A seasoned professional Dr. Goldman epitomizes excellence and dedication with a distinguished career spanning decades. He brings this expertise to HemWell MD, a Medfiniti technology company, pioneering the painless electrosurgical treatment of hemorrhoidal diseases. 

Academically, Dr. Goldman’s journey commenced at New York University, after a short career in engineering he enrolled at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston, where he laid the groundwork for his medical career. He further honed his skills through rigorous training at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City, where he completed his Internship and Residency. Driven by a quest for advanced knowledge, he pursued a Fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York solidifying his expertise in pacemakers, electro-therapy of cardiovascular disease, and clinical and nuclear cardiology. 

An authority in his field, Dr. Goldman is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

In addition, Dr. Goldman holds board certifications in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. 

Holding membership status, he has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the American Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association. His dedication to serving the underserved is exemplified through his involvement as chairman of the Board of the Good Samaritan Clinic in New Port Richey, Florida, of which he was a founding physician in 1989 and still sees their patients. 

As CMO of Hemwell MD, he oversees the development and quality control of their electrosurgical equipment. This patented FDA-approved device is able to treat hemorrhoids of all types even those previously requiring surgery. With this electrosurgical procedure, the incapacitating pain associated with hemorrhoid surgery can be avoided. After anesthesia, Hemwell’s electrosurgery has a painless recovery.
