Get to know Podiatrist Dr. Fadi Z. Jaafar, who serves patients in Michigan.

Dr. Jaafar is a highly trained podiatrist in practice with MidMichigan Medical Center – Gratiot & MidMichigan Medical Center – Mt. Pleasant in Michigan. His clinical interests include diabetic limb salvage, podiatry limb salvage and reconstruction, sports injuries, podiatric medicine, foot and ankle surgery, as well as foot and ankle reconstruction.

An affiliate of MidMichigan Health, MidMichigan Medical Center – Gratiot is a 97 licensed-bed hospital located in Alma. It has been serving the health care needs of residents throughout Gratiot, serving Gratiot, Isabella, Montcalm and other counties since 1955. The hospital offers  a full range of specialty services, including heart and vascular care, cancer care, orthopedics, general and bariatric surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, maternity, as well as mental health and rehabilitative services including physical, occupational, and speech.

MidMichigan Medical Center – Mt. Pleasant is a 128,000 square-foot facility conveniently located on M-20 near I-127. The medical center features a 24/7 Emergency Department, outpatient surgery center, and a full range of outpatient services, including physician offices, lab, imaging, and cardiovascular testing.

After earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2012, Dr. Jaafar went on to further his education. He performed his residency in podiatry at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital – Warren campus in 2015. 

In good standing with several professional organizations, he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
