With approximately 20 percent of the population grappling with significant allergies, Dr. Jack Parrino stands out as a prominent figure in the realm of allergy treatment. As the esteemed owner of Tampa Allergy Center, he has been at the forefront of offering effective remedies for a wide range of allergic conditions for children and adults. 

Established in 1979, Tampa Allergy Center has been a beacon of hope for residents in the Tampa Bay Area suffering from severe allergies, including asthma, pet and insect reactions, hay fever, and food allergies. Dr. Parrino believes that listening to the patient, and treating their allergies is only one aspect of a great doctor. At his office, he and his medical staff are pleasant, approachable, and ready to help patients achieve better health and improved quality of life.

Dr. Parrino’s journey in the field of allergy treatment began when he earned his Medical Degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in 1974. Subsequently, he completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where his passion for allergy and immunology blossomed. Notably, he was the first fellow from the allergy and immunology training program at USF.

With a Florida State Medical License in hand, Dr. Parrino is double board certified in allergy and clinical immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in his field is evident through his active membership in professional organizations such as the Florida Medical Association, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

Dr. Parrino’s dedication and expertise have not gone unnoticed, as he has been recognized by his peers by being included in the Best Doctors in America® list from 2001 to 2004 and 2007 to 2016.
