Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Randy C. Hill, who serves patients in Springfield, Missouri.

Dr. Hill is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who sees teens, adults, and adults over 65 at The Turner Center in Springfield, Missouri. It is a part of the CoxHealth network.

The Turner Center is home to Springfield Women’s Center, pediatrician offices, OB/GYN physician offices, and the Urgent Care Plus clinic, including Pediatric Urgent Care. The facility is located just west of Cox Medical Center South, off Primrose Avenue.

Academically, Dr. Hill received with his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 1982. Upon graduation, he served his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Louis University Hospital in 1983 and 1986, respectively.

Three years later, in 1989, he attained board certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Hill is affiliated with Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Cox Medical Center South, and Ferrell-Duncan Clinic.

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health.
