Katz is a highly respected and experienced physician, having been in practice for over five decades. His career in medicine began in 1965 when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Louisville Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Katz completed his internship with the Michael Reese Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, followed by his Pediatrics residency with David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and was named Chief Resident of the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Katz is certified in Allergy / Immunology, Pediatrics, and Pediatrics Sub Board Allergy by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, The American Board of Pediatrics, and has dedicated his life to delivering compassionate care. He is determined to enhance his patients’ quality of life, providing high quality, individualized care in order to ensure the most optimal results. With a passion for his work, Dr. Katz is noted for his expertise in Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus Disorders. Dr. Katz keeps current with the newest developments, guidelines, and procedures in his field by remaining a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, American Association of Certified Allergists, American College of Chest Physicians, and American Academy of Pediatrics. He currently practices with AllergyAsthma Care Center Inc.
