Get to know Otolaryngologist Dr. Jeremiah J. Moles, who serves patients in La Mesa, California.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Moles is a board-certified otolaryngologist who believes that physical therapy, medication, and counseling are viable options before resorting to surgery. He can be found on staff at ENT Associates of San Diego in La Mesa, California, working closely with his patients to comfort and guide them through surgical processes.

Having been practicing in San Diego for 30 years, ENT Associates of San Diego is composed of physicians who have special training for diagnosing and managing diseases of the ears, nose, and throat. With locations in La Mesa and Chula Vista, the practice is renowned for its ability to provide adult and pediatric patients with quality medical and surgical care.

A member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Moles is affiliated with several hospitals and medical centers in the area, including: Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Alvarado Hospital, Sharp Chula Vista Hospital, Scripps Chula Vista Hospital, Sharp Community Medical Group, and Scripps Mercy Hospital.

After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, he went on to obtain his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Wanting to further his education, he completed his professional training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. 

Following his training, the doctor became board-certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification. 

Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Otolaryngologists, also known as ear, nose, and throat doctors, specialize in disorders of the head and neck, ranging from hearing loss to cancer. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Moles enjoys outdoor activities like surfing, sailing, hiking, and rock climbing.
