A highly trained dentist, Dr. Wilke has been serving patients at Total Mouth Fitness in San Antonio since 1999. With a career spanning over four decades, he has established himself as a dedicated professional committed to providing top-quality dental care to his clients.

Graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Texas A&M, he went on to pursue his passion for dentistry and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980, where he was in the top 5% of his class.

Subsequently, Dr. Wilke received comprehensive orthodontic education certified by the American Orthodontic Society (AOS) and completed a mini residency in orthodontics under the International Association for Orthodontics (IAO). He has also trained with esteemed professionals, such as Dr. Wesley E. Shankland II, in osteo cavitation lesions and has undergone advanced training in nutrition, achieving proficiency as an Applied Clinical Nutritionist (ACN).

An authority in his field, he is Cerec certified, enabling him to provide chairside economical restoration of esthetic ceramic restorations. He is also Periolase certified by the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, and has received training in dental implant surgery, including attending courses by renowned experts like Dr. Manfred Lang and Dr. Thomas McGarry.

Prior to joining Total Mouth Fitness, Dr. Wilke spent 12 years practicing dentistry at Blanco North Dental. He began his dental career in 1980 and has since continuously updated his skills and knowledge to expand his expertise beyond general dentistry.
