Dr. Morehouse is a board-certified otolaryngologist who specializes in the minimally-invasive treatment of nasal and sinus disorders. He is trained in all aspects of general and pediatric otolaryngology, including endoscopic sinus, otologic, head and neck, and facial plastic surgeries.
At present, he is the Medical Director of The BergerHenry Balloon Sinuplasty Center, where he has personally ballooned over 1,400 sinuses. He is also a part of the team of professionals at Pennsylvania Snoring & Sleep Institute in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.
Locally, he is an attending surgeon at Abington Surgical Center, Jefferson Lansdale Hospital, Jefferson Health – Blue Bell, Mercy Suburban Hospital, Chestnut Hill Hospital, Roxborough Memorial Hospital, and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia. He is also an affiliate staff member at Abington Memorial Hospital.
Educated in the United States, Dr. Morehouse graduated from Muhlenberg College where he established and served as president of the Muhlenberg Premedical Society. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999.
From there, he performed his internship and residency in otolaryngology at the said establishment, where he received an award for excellence from the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology.
As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery by the American Osteopathic Boards of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AOBOO). The AOBOO is a joint organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of the eye (ophthalmologists) and to qualified DOs who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat (otolaryngologists).
Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Morehouse is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Rhinologic Society, and the American Medical Association.
In addition, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology.
