In regards to his educational background, Dr. Ahmadi graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1995.

Furthering his training, he performed his residency in general surgery at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in 2000. Two years later, in 2002, he completed a residency in plastic surgery at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Hospital.

Plastic surgery was a natural career choice for Dr. Ahmadi as an extension of his natural artistic talents. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which is the only specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to provide all aspects of cosmetic surgery.

In addition, he is an active member of the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

A staff member at Memorial Hermann and Methodist Hospital, Dr. Ahmadi’s quest for excellence and knowledge has earned him respect among his colleagues.
