Get to know Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. Jaime A. Catala Fuster, who serves patients in Florida.

Dr. Fuster is a board-certified infectious disease specialist at Delray Medical Center & West Boca Medical Center. He is also affiliated with Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

With over a decade of experience, the doctor treats conditions such as skin infections. Likewise, he performs procedures such as infusion device insertion and venous catheterization.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Fuster graduated with his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico in 2009. He then went on to perform his internship at Manati Medical Center in 2012, his residency at Mayaguez Medical Center in 2017, and his fellowship at Palmetto Health Richland in 2019.

Excelling in his field, he is board-certified in infectious disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
