In regards to his education, Dr. Cloar Sr. graduated with his medical degree from the Tulane University School Of Medicine in 1963 giving him over six decades of experience in his field, followed by his internship with the McLeod Regional Medical Center. He is currently licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
