Dr. George Fall, MD, a board certified general surgeon, is the Founder of Fall General Surgery, LLC in Ashland, Wisconsin, providing exceptional medical care and customer service that surpasses patient expectations. He also operates from the esteemed Northland Vein Center in Duluth, Minnesota, where he specializes in cutting-edge treatments for varicose veins.

With a profound interest in innovative surgical techniques such as laparoscopic and robotic surgery, as well as minimally invasive procedures for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, Dr. Fall brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to his practice. By establishing his independent practice, he can personalize care to meet each patient’s individual needs, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal outcomes.

A distinguished 1988 graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School, Dr. Fall completed his internship and residency at the VA Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, where he served as the Senior Resident his final year. Since relocating to Northern Wisconsin in 1993, he has been a beacon of excellence in general surgery, earning the trust and admiration of his patients and colleagues alike.

As a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Wisconsin Surgical Society, Dr. Fall’s dedication to providing top-tier patient care is unwavering. His board certification in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery speaks to his commitment to upholding the highest standards of surgical practice. 

Above all, Dr. Fall attributes his success to his compassionate approach to patient care and his meticulous attention to detail throughout the evaluation and treatment process.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Fall leads a fulfilling personal life, with nearly four decades of marriage and five children. An avid golfer, fisherman, and waterfowl hunter, he finds solace in the outdoors, with his preferred vacation destination being Arizona.
