About

Vital Life Chiropractic & Wellness is a wellness-based, tonal chiropractic practice that believes a healthy nervous system leads to a healthier body, as well as healthier beliefs and behaviors.

In the simplest of terms, the nervous system (nerves, brain, and spinal cord) controls and coordinates everything in your body, from the tiniest cells to the highest functions like digestion, hormones, and even thinking.  When the nerve energy flows abundantly, without obstruction, the body and mind are 100% self-communicating, self-healing, and robust.  When nerve flow is impaired, a person no longer functions at 100%.  As you can imagine, this compromises your health and vitality.

Dr. Kalaba offers a gentle, light force, chiropractic adjustment with the aim to reestablish clear communication between the nervous system and the rest of the body.  This helps facilitate healing, allowing the body to express higher levels of health, with the possibility of impacting life on all levels.

The body is in the optimal position to return to normal, healthy function given proper nerve flow (nervous system communication), movement, and nutrition.  As such, Vital Life Chiropractic & Wellness offers the following services:

  • Subluxation-based chiropractic care to support optimal nervous system communication
  • Gentle stretches and exercises to improve spinal motion and stability
  • Instrument-assisted myofascial release
  • Nutrition modification to reduce inflammation and maximize beneficial nutrients
  • Lifestyle consulting to address mental and emotional sources of stress

For chiropractic care, an office visit consists of 30 minutes with the Doctor, including nervous system analysis and adjustments, extremity adjusting, and/or ancillary therapeutic procedures.
