In his current capacity, Dr. Malik also serves as the Co-Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. It is the largest hospital in the Lehigh Valley and the flagship hospital of Lehigh Valley Health Network.
A Diplomate of the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). A 2001 graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies, Dr. Malik relocated to the United States to further his training. He served his internship in internal medicine, his residency in internal medicine, and his fellowship in cardiology at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia.
