Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Andrew R. Adamson, who serves patients in Mesa, Arizona.

Dr. Adamson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who provides a wide range of health care services for women of all ages. He is known for his compassion and his deliverance of high-quality care. 

Dr. Adamson is affiliated with Women’s Health Associates in Mesa, Arizona. Women’s Health Associates is a proud member of Steward Medical Group (SMG). Dr. Adamson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University – College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. He then went on to complete his internship at Bay Area Medical Center in Corpus Christi, Texas, followed by his OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. In addition, Dr. Adamson is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association. 

Dr. Adamson is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG). The AOBOG is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the care of the female reproductive tract during the course of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period, as well as gynecologists who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive tract. In his spare time, Dr. Adamson loves spending time with his wife and sons. They enjoy hiking, fishing, and jeeping in the backcountry.
