    I am not sure I completely understand your question. But I will advise you that blind does not necessarily mean No Light Perception. There is a full spectrum of blindness that goes from visual acuity that is just worse than 20200 through No Light Perception. So, you are on the blindness spectrum, but fortunately able to see light!
