Get to know Podiatrist Dr. Sandy Amador, who serves patients in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Recognized as a skilled podiatrist, Dr. Amador is the owner and operator of Amador Podiatry in North Bergen, New Jersey. In practice since 1997, he provides comprehensive podiatric care for adults and children, tending to conditions such as heel spurs, ingrown toenails, fungus on toenails/feet, bunions, hammertoes, ankle disorders, arthritis, orthotics/inserts, and more. 

The doctor is also affiliated with several hospitals and medical centers in the local area, including Palisade Medical Center, Essex Surgical Arts Surgery Center, and several nursing homes.

A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Amador is a Fellow of the College of Certified Wound Care Specialists (FCCWS), a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association (FAPWCA), and a member of the American Academy of Wound Management.

In addition to being a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS), he is board-certified through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, which offers a comprehensive board qualification and certification process in podiatric medicine and orthopedics.

They can treat injuries and complications from ongoing health issues like diabetes.
